Shing Timothy is a journalist, fact checker with five years experience. I have worked in the South West Region since 2016, covering the entire region for various media organs. I presently work with The Guardian Post Newspaper, as the correspondent in Buea. From my base in Buea I cover all parts of the region down to the Bakassi peninsula. My areas of coverage cut across all domains, since I cover sports, education, politics, economy, environment and climate change.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Presently I am finishing my thesis to earn a Master degree in Journalism.
